E-mail Discount Network love to scam people randomly. They put a charge of $14.95 on my home phone bill and I never heard of them. They claimed I entered to win a $1000 gift card from them. I never authorized them to sign me up for their services. I literally went off on the rep in order to get my refund. I've learned that if you ever get an unauthorized charge and have to call the company's customer service, you have to get aggresive and go off on the rep to let them know you're not playing and you mean business.
