Employee Discount Promised by Retailer but Bill Stays at $55

I got a call from dish network retailer to sign up for South Indian TV for $55/month. Since we can't afford it, I just said no to that guy and he went down to 45 and then $30. He said that he would give me employee discount. And my monthly bill would be $30/month. But instead our bill is $55/month. It has been 4 months. It's still $55. I tried calling the person whom I got the call from but that number is no longer available. I have all the conversation recorded on my pc. I have the proof. But just don't know what to do.
Don't know if I should report this to dish network.
