Dish Network
Was offer Discount while Signing up but I stll get the bill with no discount

I got a call from dish networ retailer to sign up for south indian tv for $55/month. Since we can't afford it, i just said no to that guy and he went down to 45 and then $30. He said that he would give me employee discount. And my monthly bill would be $30/month. But instead our bill is $55/month. It has been 4 months. Its still $55. I tried calling the person whom i got the call from bt that number is no longer available. I have all the conversation recorded on my pc. I have the proof. But just don't know what to do.

Don't know if i shoul;d report this to dish network.
