ProFlowers
EasySaver ProFlowers.com tricks you into buying an easysaver membership

Shops, Products, Services

Near mother's day, I placed an order with proflowers.com. Since then I have seen charges on my bank account for $14.95 from easysaver.com. I looked up easy saver on the internet and found a phone number to call regarding the charges. Since it was outside of business hours, I received a recorded message stating that easy saver was directly linked with proflowers.com.

Apparently I need a membership number and password to log on to their website and I have never received any information regarding signing up for this account. I cannot get a hold of anyone to cancel the charges and I do not have account information to try to cancel the charges via their website.

I have been told that I signed up for this service when I placed my proflowers order. However, I did not ever sign up for this service. Proflowers and easy saver have been deceptive in their selling and billing practices and tricking consumers into signing up for their services.
