Okay, my fundamental email address works okay, however the one I put up for my spouse is INEFFECTIVE - it generally does not work! Tried putting a different one directed to my mail plan, also it fails both

And try to look for a help telephone number - I can not get one, actually utilizing their own resources. Needed to email them.
