Ripoff, BEWARE, No response to emails & No support

I have used this company since 2004. The support was great until I registered my last website August. I have sent SEVERAL emails, created 2 Trouble Tickets, tired calling the phone numbers and have received no response, no emails, no calls, NO SUPPORT AT ALL. Have waited almost 2 weeks for a response. I also noticed they have two different addresses on their site and through whois, why would they be so evasive if they were a reputable company? They will just take your money and hope you can figure out your own problems. I am extremely disappointed that a company that was great turned bad. I guess you get what you pay for. Nothing is what is really seems!!! Too bad.
