Alexandriteking99 On Ebay ripped me off for almost 2000.00 ripoff Chiefland florida

Do not do business with this man. The police in Chiefland, Florida are very familiar with this guy. He has had a kazillion complaints, but no charges brought against him yet. It seems you have to threaten him with court and at the last minute he will make things right. Well this was his reputation up until we did business. Things went smoothly at first. And i agreed to his return policies including a restocking fee if the product had to be returned.

I wound up returning the ring and putting in a higher bid on a diffrent ring from this guy. He all ready has 2000.00 and the ring i sent back.in order to get the other ring i would have to send an additional 500.00. Which i agreed to. He then said that the offer which we had agreed to was now not enough. He also informed me that the ring i had sent back to him with a tracking number had not arrived yet, and it needed to within 5 days per his return agreement.

I tracked the package and found that it had indeed arrived and was signed for. He insisted he had not recieved it. So i then filed an insurance claim through the post office for a lost package. They in turn denied my claim and showed me the signature of the person who signed for the package. I told Roger the name i had been given by the post office. Turned out to be his wife. So now he has my money and the ring, and has gone back on our agreement of me paying an extra 500.00 for a diffrent ring.

Well he never refunded my money and he wound up selling the other ring i had offered to send more money on, to someone else for a lower price. It sold for 2000.00 not 2500.00 that i offered to pay. HE ALL READY HAD 2000.00 OF MY MONEY!

Long story short, he never refunded my 2000.00 and im sure he sold the ring i sent back to someone else. Now he has fled to North carolina and probably still sells on ebay under a diffrent name. He mainly sells alexandrite jewelry, this is what he is known for. This is an extremely rare stone and this guy will usually have several auctions going at once.

So beware if you are in the market for some alexandrite and the buyers location happens to be in either North Carolina or Florida.
