On 9/7/03 we ordered a ring from extreme shopping channel. Shortly after receiving the ring, it lost a diamond. We were told to send the ring back to Premier Estate Liquidators to be repaired. That was the last we saw the ring.

We called the company many times, and all we have gotten is a run around. At first the insisted they had not even gotten the ring back, but through the Post Office, we have proof that they signed for it. It is very disturbing to spend that much money, and not have any way of getting the ring back, or our money, We would love to get our name on the list of people who have been ripped off by these thieves.
