Dishonest knowledgeless unresponsive ripoff

If you expect to get technical support from HP on your printer and it has anything at all to do with other than what you can read in the manual (which is useless), then think again. These "technical" support people know absolutely nothing about networking. All they can and will do is read from a scripted paper that tells you to uninstall and reinstall your software. The all-in-one software has several bugs and will not find printers on my network. HP can and will not understand what that means. They do not even try to understand or read your email. They are the most poorly trained group I have EVER encounterd in 20 years of dealing with technical support for various items with various companies.
