Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I purchased a kit on how to start a web based business online. The ad stated that you could make Google money and assumed it was an affiliate of Google. The only obligation was to pay for shipping and handling which was only about 3 dollars. Immediately after I submitted my purchase I started to get a lot of spam but nothing confirming my order. I did receive a kit a few days later, but was turned off on how quick my information was sold so never looked into it any further. I never purchased a subscription or any service from this company that would require any additional fees or recurring charges. However, about a month later while looking over my Credit card statement I noticed an unusual charge from "DR REG.net DR *BUILDMYSEARCHBIZ 866-897-2448.Co". I went online to view my statement and noticed a more current charge for even more from the same company. I immediately started to do research just to make sure it wasn't something I forgot. First I called the number and got an automated system and knew this wasn't a company I previously or am currently conducting business with. I did a search online and noticed there was a report submitted to usacomplaints.com for the same issue from what appeared to be from the same company. The claim sounded almost identical and so I immediately called my credit card company to conduct an investigation as well. I never purchased any services from this company that would require monthly fees or charges and never agreed to have monthly charges deducted from my account. This sounds like a classic case of internet fraud and would warn anyone to beware of buildmysearchbiz.com.
