Deducting money from my bank account without permission

I was checking out online opportunities for extra income. I signed up to do online surveys and my email was swamped with survey offers.
They wanted me to be a ginny pig for products which would cost more money.
I cancelled everything and got my $29.95 back through clickbank. I thought all was good.
Then I checked my bank account one morning and found that there was $59.95 pending to my account from buildmysearchbiz. I had not signed up with them.
