Fraudulent Credit Card Charges Involuntary Fake Membership Fees No Product No Confirmation Just Billed Monthly!

Beware! There are several different websites that claim to be "online pharmacies" but they all go back to the same place. I was charged a monthly fee for 6 months before I finally noticed it. It is a vague description: LSM5-us-pay.com866-2215391 on your statement. The only reason I spotted it is because it showed up on my checking account Visa too.

I had placed an order back in November and didn't notice the monthly charges being added. I noticed the last one on March 15th and asked my husband if he had bought something for $20.95. He said no.

Then today I noticed on my checking account Visa the same description for $19.95. That was what sparked my memory of the strange charge on my credit card. I called the bank and the credit card company and they both said the charges are described as a subscription to an online information service!??

I knew I had not authorized anything like that so I closed both my accounts. I called the number on the statement and they didn't put up much of an arguement. (By the way, this company is in Cyprus Nicosia, Levkosia which is somewhere in Europe!) They are refunding the last two months "membership" fees to my credit card but told me I would have to call "Frontier Pharmacy" to refund the most recent fee to my checking account.

The number she gave me led me to another number (1-866-385-5090) which I was circulated through their automated "on hold" recording for over 10 minutes and I hung up. I will try again whne I have time to waste.

I have read the rip off reports on Frontier Pharmacy and this fraudulent charge described "LSM5-us-pay.com866-2215391" and they are all the same experience I have had. IT IS a rip off. I did not authorize a membership fee be deducted monthly. (A membership to WHAT?). Also, if I was a SO called "member" I was already having the fees deducted from my credit card (on 3/15/07) and when I tried to order again, I had a new "membership" fee charged to my other account on 3/29/07. If I really am a "member" why am I charged a new fee?

The whole set up is a scam. I didn't receive any email saying my order was received, or being processed, or anything! I still haven't heard from them and neither has my doctor.
