This man will refuse to refund all of your money and refuse to take the modem/adapter back after cancelation of services & charge you enough to keep most all your money even though no contract is signed & at my time of cancelation I had not had any services provided yet.

He also will not provide a company name, address or supervisors name. He will not answer questions and would not provide an account number or tech support #.

Whats even worse is my aprt complex is about to sign a contract with this man for services and say they do not have any info on him when asked so I can while a more detailed report to BBB and will take him to small claims court if I dont get a refund. This man keeps increasing the amount he is offering back but still has not hit what he owes me and I keep refusing and he has 3 more days to get me my refund (this has been going on for wks) or I'll take him to court.

He was reported last yr 3 for not refunded under a company called HQ Deals which was tied to his home and cell # on BBB. This man seems up to no good!!
