Internet Modem Lease Fee - Internet Modem Lease

I have been a long time subscriber of TWC of their bundled services (TV cable internet) and recently got a surprising assessment of the Internet Modem Lease Fee.

I believe this is not fair and this is not right that your company would slap us with this fee after using the old modem for more than 5 years now. I have entered into the contract of the bundled services with the modem unit free. Why charge me now of using it after 5 years. Please do review your policy. If you do want to improve and provide a good quality service to your long time customers, this is one big area that you definitely can improve. Dont shoot us your old loyal subscribers with fees for using a unit that we entered in the beginning of the contract as free and unit has been used for 5 years now.

At least offer as an option to buy this old unit at its used value. Then you could truly say that you aim to provide us with a good service.
