JT Sterlings AKA The Sablya Corporation Ripoff, Fraud Business, Internet Catalog Sales but Don't Deliver Goods ordered or Send Your Money back!

I ordered a Glass Figurine of a 'Golfer' back in Mid-March (of this year). This was going to be a Gift for my son, whose birthday was June 18th. I was so proud that I had ordered it in plenty of time (so I could give it to him then)!

Well, days, and weeks went by — no package arrived, so I started calling their ph. Number and e-mailing them at the E-addresses listed on their website at www.JTSterlings.com.

When I finally got an answer, the lady said it was on "back order" and I should have it soon. To try to make a long story "short" — I have called, written and faxed multiple times, to no avail!

My daughter (a law student) even posed as my attorney and called recently — they assured her that I would have my REFUND by Friday 16th. Of course, I didn't receive it, and I'm sure I won't!

I'm just wondering if there is anyone else out there that has been "ripped off" by this (supposedly) Internet Catalog Company? The biggest laugh concerning this whole matter is that this Co. E-mails me their "Daily Specials" (pictures and descriptions of all their "so-called" wonderful items) they're selling at discount prices! Can you believe it?!

I think they're just a "SHAM" and probably don't ever fill their orders, or send refunds back to the customers! They keep your money, and "Play Games" with you for weeks [and months] thinking you'll get frustrated and "shut up and go away" after so much of this!

Well, guess what? I'm retired and have nothing to do but pester them until they finally decide to refund MY MONEY, because I'm just like my guard dog — I DON'T GIVE UP! They'd better change their ph.# and addresses if they don't want to keep being pestered by me, FOREVER!

Oh, yes — I made a full report on them to the Better Business Bureau in FL that serves their area. They aren't going to hear the last of me EVER!!! It was just $39.00 [& some change] — but it's not the money — now, it's the PRINCIPLE — and I will not be ripped off again!!!:- (
