Emeril vicale - stole $313.00 from me -crook - horrible company-no way to contact them after they take your money

I too have been ripped-off! I ordered several Sarah Palin dolls on Sept. 10 totalling $313.00. I paid for the dolls and waited to receive. After 46 days, I started calling and e-mailing. There is no one to answer the phone. Only voice mail that will not be returned. E-mails are not returned also.

I filed a complaint through pay-pal and they would not help because I filed on the 46th day after the transaction and they will not help after 45 days. I kept calling and e-mailing, but no response.

I filed a report with the better business bureau, but Mr. Vicale gave a bogus number to reach him. The BBB suggested that I contact the Attorney General Consumer Affairs in Connecticut which I have now done. I filed a report with them two weeks ago.

I need my $313.00 back and I can't understand how this man can still be in business. I don't know what the next step needs to be, but I will definitely not let this go.
