Ripoff 199.99 for a garbage catalog and cant get a refund

I feel that I have been ripped of from this company. I was told I was going to get A catalog preview. I was only allowed 8 days to preview this and 2 cards they sent me. One for use in the catalog, the other for use for cash on demand. When I got them, they said they were already activated and ready to use, but couldnt use them until I got the actual catalog. The catalog preview was one page long, showing toys, furniture, appliances, etc. Didnt show how much the items would actuallly cost or how much of each catagory of items they had. I tried to call them with questions and concerns, but never got any answers. It said you could send by mail to cancel this eight day thing, but by the time I would be able to send it back, it would be past the eight day preview. They took 199.99 from my credit card. I just finally got the catalog today, filled with stuff I was not interested in and prices were very high. I called and asked to discontinue my membership and get a refund of the 199.99, and they refused. I never used the catalog or their credit and feel I should be able to get my money back.
