Continental Finance Is A Scam
Canceled my card and still billed me after they told me it was closed Ripoff Tampa

This company should be put out of bussiness i got the card to build my credit
on may 7 i called and cancelled my account i was told it was closed and my closing cost and that i would recieve a letter of cancellation with a confirmation number.
I called bck because i was still getting billed and racking up charges i talk tio first rep and was put on hold an dhung up on when i asked for supervisor called back was told to hold and hung up on called back again by the last rep after explaining my problem and why was i getting billed and that one of his rep told me it was a closed and acct and wont be billed again asked me for bablance and what did i want that i should loook at terms and kept interupting after all that i never goy a manager and they told me my acct wont closed
ive worked so hard to rebuild my credit and now this one card is messing everything up i woul dlike to file a real report against them and get this offf my credit if anyone can offer advice please rebuttal
