CC rip-off X's 5, cancellation #'s don't help. Personel bank acct...$150 IN THE HOLE

Called in may (7) rep simon gave me confrimation # i told him i wanted this cancelled... No more charges to be taken out to this company

Got billed again for 15.99 on 7/2 and 8/2-07.. At which time i called 888-434-0055 talked to robert (in india) and he said the account wasn't closed. He'd close it for me and the 15.99 charge for august would be billed now. (as we spoke) i protested asked for the information on said company, when asked why i wanted the info i told them i was going to contact the bbb... Was put on hold and then told that the account would be closed and there would be a 15.99 credit on my account for one months refund. He could not get me more than that. Was given still another comformation #.

As of today my last weeks pay-check is going for all the overdraft charges incurred on my acct since this weekend pasted... I'm now left without funds for a week to live on and had the $15.99 august charge been refunded a.S.P. I wouldn't have had this problem... I was not told this would take days 5-7 working days to credit back to my acct. I could have covered this had i known then
