I ordered a pair of Tiger shoes from the website on April 23rd. I received a pair of shoes in an appropriate amount of time but they were the WRONG ones. I emailed the contact address that was given 3 times in 2 weeks, as in order to return/exchange an item that is what is requested, but I received no reply back. I used a different email account to send a random question - just to see if I'd get a reply back and I did - within 24 hours!!! When I replied to the same email, copying in my further 3 that I had previously sent I have yet to receive a reply back. That was more than a week ago. So I'm left with a pair of shoes that I don't want, no way to even exchange them and $90.00 worse off. How is this company still allowed to operate???
