I paid for a pair of Ugg boots off this website which they claim to be originals i also paid the £9 for 2-3day delivery, after 5 days i still didnt have anything so i emailed them after a week i went to email them again when i saw all the websites saying they were a scam website, at that point i sent them another email saying i wanted a refund.
Later that night i received an email from cora giving me a tracking number and telling me they have tracked my parcel and i have signed for it so i must have it right?
I tried to track the parcel myself and it didn't come up with anything so i've now emailed them back telling them i have not received my boots and the tracking number does not exist and that i want a refund.
Have yet to hear anything from them and am accepting that i have lost the money due to all the reports. However i will not stop trying to get my money back as i think this is disgusting that a website can get away with this.
