Disabled my account with no explaination Ripoff

I played on this site for a long time and have put alot of money into it. Then one day went to sign in and my account was disabled. It said to contact support, so I did so several times, and no one returns an answer. I have sent both email to manager and support. I know I did nothing wrong for this to happen. This is not a site you want to play at. This is not a good way for a company to treat loyal people.
