Fraudulent services and non-cancelable lease agreement Ripoff

In october of we found usa card the same way that some of the other victims. My wife Got the phone call, and we talked about it and thought it was ok, since they were bbb members. They promised us top search engine placement, and list of droppshippers, which also turned out to be fraudulent by nature were not dropshippers.

And on. And on... So we finally closed the site we built, not Built for us like promised. However we are still paying to A-1 leasing or bond corp ($110.19/mo).
So we would like to be involved in any class action suit, or if anyone can help legally get out of payments and possilbly get the money that we have already paid them.
