Horrible customer service and return policy

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this website. It took almost a month for these shoes to get to me. Neither pair fit. When I tried to return them I was told that it was past the return date (yes, it was past the 60 day date, but not by much. I should have paid closer attention, but they could have worked with me.) Both pairs of shoes are still listed on the website for sale so it wasn't like they were past a style date.in fact, they were both listed for more than I paid for them. I was told by both the customer service rep and the "shift supervisor" that there was nothing they could do for me and it was my fault for not paying closer attention to the policy. I am now stuck with over $100 in shoes that are of no use to me whatsoever. I cannot understand why anyone would shop at this site when they could shop at Zappos who have a 365 day return policy, no re-stock fee and free shipping both ways. I will never shop at this website again.
