They use unethical business tactics and show unloyalty to even loyal customers like myself (customer for 5years) They just introduced a restocking fee of $6 when you return your purchase (even though it's supposed to be free as they advertise everywhere) SO DO NOT BUY FROM SHOEBUY.com unless you want to be lied to...
