Poor Custumer Service

I purchased a pair of boots from shoebuy last Christmas... After a year of normal use, one of them has a crack in the bottom. I contacted the manufacture of the boots and was told they would replace them, but I had to send them back thru shoebuy.com to faciliate the exchange. I shipped the to shoebuy only to be told that it was "normal wear and tear". WHAT A JOKE! Will not be buying shoes through shoebuy!
