B.E.W.A.R.E. Fraudulent Internet Company Billing Personal Acct Unauthorized

I have also been a victim of this "icardservices.com" company who represents them as a visa credit card company. I have never enrolled or applied for any visa card online and when I checked my bank online noticed an UNAUTHORIZED charge for the amount of $159.00. Looked at the transaction and all it had in info was an 866 toll number and received a voicemail stating they have reps busy and normal hours are 9-6pm. Gave me a website and what do you know, no such website. What a crock!

I IMMEDIATELY called my bank and disputed the charges and explained this was a fraudulent company and I never authorized such transaction on my account. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for the dispute and investigation and hope to receive my money back from the bank. Now, I am out $159 dollars and probably will be overdrawn and accrue more charges because of this fraud company. Others, BEWARE.

I also told them that I was wanting to close the account and open a new one for peace of mind and I was told since I have a dispute I could only block my account until the investigation is over. AN INCONVINIENCE for me for I have bills to pay and other finances to take care of. I am very appalled this happened to me and very scared that personal information such as bank acct numbers are easily hacked by others online.
