Unusual withdrawal from my personal online checking account of $159 ripoff

I was checking my personal online checking account tonight and noticed an unusual withdrawl for $159, with only a 800 number and the amount that was taken. So i called the number and sat on hold for 20 minutes for a recording to come on and tell me to visit them at iCARDservices.com.

So I go to the website but the "page can not be diplayed" and that is when I found this website. I look at one page about the ripoff scheme and how it says to go to your bank immediately and appearrantly that is what I will be spending my day doing tomorrow morning.

I live on Guam so its much harder for me to get the bank to listen and on top of it my husband is deployed at this time. What if even after insisting for 3 or 4 hours with this bank face to face with the bank manager they still dont reimburse me and reverse the action taken taken to give moeny to a company that was unauthorized to have it??? How am I to tell my husband that we were basically robbed, that someon stole that much money from us?
