Earthlink-Mindspring DSL ISP... No customer service

The Earthlink-Mindspring DSL service is Horrible. If you want DSL, stick with Bell Atlantic. Mindspring told me that they would schedule an appointment for installation a month after I called them. They cancelled and rescheduled 5 times, and each of those times someone had to stay home and wait for them to come. And during the summer I broke my leg, and the appointment was scheduled for that day. So I asked my friend to stay home for me, and the still din't come.

Finally I got sick of it and called them to cancel their service. Even afterI canceled they kept calling and scheduling appointments. My advice - do not even try calling earthlink-mindspring for dsl service.in addition to all of these hassles, every time you call them they put you on hold for at least one hour (not exaggerated).
