I got a new Dell 6000 Inspiron computer. My son downloaded Yahoo Messenger. I noticed the computer slowed significantly. I tried to remove it. It would not remove. I emailed Yahoo help. They sent me other instructions for removal. It still would not remove. I emailed Dell help. They said it was a problem with Yahoo. I emailed Yahoo again.
No response.
Finally, a professional removed it (for a $75 fee!).
Beware of Yahoo Messenger and of Yahoo help.
