Dkmixdepot Ripoff ships wrong item won't refund ignores ebay claim signed for return

Last January ordered what was shown as a brownish sunburst electric guitar with specs written to say it has a wide 2 inch neck for my giant hands on ebay. So instead Kevin sends a bright red guitar with a skinny 1 and 6 tenths neck that is ugly and I cannot use. Lists other 2 inch neck guitars but now claims that he has none.

Demanded full refund including all shipping do to his "error", but he will not even refund just the item price. Claimed at one time to send refund after receiving return when in fact he had already signed for the Fedex return. Lies. Lies. Ebay claim system cannot thus get him to pay. They promise me 75% of just the item price as part of their ebay protection plan and for that need 60 more days. Yes this a* will get a negative report and he has threatened to then give me one and I do not care.
