How to get tech support based in US Ripoff

If you need tech support based in the US, there is a way! I finally talked to a tech person in Texas today. He also said Michael Dell is back with the goal of putting Dell back to the way it used to be. It took 4 letters sent through the US mail to Texas, but help finally came.
The tech person said go to the Dell website. Click on unresolved complaint - even if it's the first complaint - fill out the form, and submit. Within a week, someone in the US will contact you. There are now just a few tech people in the US, but that number should grow.
A week may seem rather long - but for those of us who have been to Dell Hell, it's no time at all.
I have had a nightmare for the past 3 weeks trying to get help from tech support based in India. There is definitely a language problem and in some cases I suspect a training problem. I won't go into all the details, but it was like being in the Twilight Zone. The problem was very simple but took hour upon hour to resolve. I don't begrudge support being outsourced to another country, but I do have problems with paying for a migraine.
