Ripoff refuses to refund theft of services

Buying the Content Management System "Subdreamer Pro" (priced $99.95 at the moment of purchase) I thought I would receive a great product. I've been trying out a lot of free ones, but decided to buy this one because a. The forum integration support and b. Because you 'usually' get what you pay for.

To my dissatisfaction I noticed that this was not the case. I was given a mediocre piece of software with mediocre forum integration for my money. It wasn't at all what I had expected after trying their administration demo (which only allowed one to see elements, not manipulate, change or in any way try the practical use of it's functions).

Feeling cheated of my money, I politely asked them for a refund. This was immidiately refused and I was told to ask for support if I had problems. I still felt that I deserved a refund, and so I made a claim with PayPal (which I used to order the system).

Once again I disputed for a while with Subdreamer about my refund, trying to explain my dissatisfaction. They did nothing but stick to their lines of refusing me any refund and directing me to the support for help with their system.

Finally, I grew tired of waiting for their replies with basically the same text, so I escalated this to be investigated by PayPal, who later e-mailed me that they cannot interviene in this case, since their "claims process only applies to shipment of goods.".

Thinking I might try and talk some sence into the people at Subdreamer, by once again asking them for a refund through a support ticket as I did the first time, I discovered to my amaze that they had infact banned me from their forums, removed my support privileges as well as my download accesss. I have paid money for these later mentioned services (since one year of support and updates were supposed to be included in their product price for the pro version, which was the one that I bought) and I feel outraged that they can do something like this. It's just plain theft.
