"JJ" Karabagli Ripoff, Delays, Poor work ethic, Ignores clients, word is bad ripoff

Ceyhun JJ Karabagli is just flat out a waste of time. He has many bad qualities and pretty much thinks he runs everything. I have known JJ for about 3 years and use to work in a previous company which he was one of the owners of. This company fell apart sometime around late 2005 (one of the reasons consisting of his poor work ethic).

Mr. Karabagli has promised many people, many things, all in which he claims to do some sort of design work for them. I myself was promised a splash page and logo for a few things that I did for JJ when he was desperate. I was also promised a portfolio website which in return, I would develop (code) his portfolio. I started his main site with the PAGE he provided me with, finished that and created a backend system for his one page design (http://www.jkaygfx.com/). I am yet to see anything out of this after approx. 4 months.

JJ is known to be a good designer, but after recent finds, he is just good at changing colors and using gradients (don't get me wrong, he is good at what he does, but if you want efficiency and don't want to be screwed out of what you pay for, then go somewhere else). Everyone seems to say the same things about Ceyhun, he is lazy, ignores clients, etc all of which are true. It seems that JJ thinks that the world of website development revolves around him. His offers are terrible (pay wise) but luckily I have found one good client that seems to realize that JJ is a hoax.

JJ likes to play the game of cat and mouse (referring to: http://usacomplaints.com/reports/ripoff229799.htm) and seems to always be offline when the client is online. Sure, you can try to call JJ, but what/who do you find to answer? Correct! JJ's voicemail. It's a waste of your time to leave a voicemail as he will NOT return your call known from experience as well as clients mentioning this issue to me.

For the most part, all JJ is, is someone who cares more about money then satisfying his clients. Deposits (money down) only make him start the project for about a whole five minutes until he gets lazy and decides to complain. If you are lucky enough to get past this, you are about one in a million. Then, it would consist of him working further on your project just to get paid again because he is low on money.
