Failure to provide reasonable support via email or thru support forum

Mp3 rocket claims to offer 24/7 support to paying customers. Turns out it is only 9-5 at their locale. Regardless of their true hours of support, people are still complaining at the free 'mp3 rocket support forum' regarding no replies from the member only 24/7 support.
Due to the functioning (or lack thereof) of the free to any and all 'mp3 rocket support forum' it is now practically impossible for anybody to get a reply from the support forum or 24/7 members response also, leaving their claims of any support, hollow.
Today i have discovered they have removed several of my posts, highlighting their failings to provide reliable timely support of any substance through any avenue. That i assume is their way of dealing with thier shortcomings, so i thought it time to up the ante
