I purchased this plan in may i was promised lifetime support within an online forum and never received any login details etc and was given a link to the facebook forum. There were barely any signs of admins on this forum unless somebody questioned things and those people got blocked asap and all i saw from the admins every now and then were advertisements for ashy bines products.
Then one day... Someone said something about how we shouldn't eat fruit, it is bad for us, well, all i did was say the fruit isn't the problem that people are overweight that there are other reasons and before i knew it, i was blocked.
Blocked from the facebook forum which was the only kind of forum i received a link for.
I proceeded to email abbbc and ask why i was blocked and got no answer but i got confirmation that i was blocked. I asked for a refund as i was clearly not happy with this, lifetime support, and it wasn't til then that i was asked if i was in the online forum. I told them no, i am over it and want my money back and they refused.
They are still refusing this day and i WILL NOT use the other forum as i am highly disgusted with the lack of understanding and customer service.
I was then told i wasn't blocked from the facebook forum (to which i still am blocked today) yet still no refund.
I want nothing to do with this company EVER again, i really hope that no one else gets sucked into buying this SCHEME which by the way if you google "CLEAN EATING" you get the information for free and just join one of the other CLEAN EATING forums on facebook and get better support.
Ashy Bines and CO... You should be ashamed of yourself for ignoring, ridiculing and blatantly stealing money from your fellow australians, it utterly disgusts me
