Jcom Skymedia
Lied, cheated, rip-off, herrassed, mulupulated

Internet & Web

Sometime in November I recieved a phone call from jcom skymedia, asking if it would be ok to send me information on ther business and what they had to offer. I aggreed to be sent information on the business soo that the owner and I could go over it and decide if it was somthing that we might be interested in, at that time the representive gave me a price it would be IF we decided to take the offer. The next thing I know, a while later I recive a big book wilh an invoice bill for $389.95 plus 19.95 shipping and handling. I immeditly gave them a call to tell them of their mistake and they were very rude, loud spoken almost yelling insisting that I puchesed this book, I did No such thing, and felt very humulated by this scham. I went and returned this book along with a letter somewhat like this one at my expense. Prior, to returning the book, I looked through it to see where we were supposed to be listed and we wer NOT even listed anywhere throughout the whole book. It is now the end of February and they won't stop calling, yelling, and harrassing me. I feel these people should be punished, what if someone looses their job over these peoples lies?
