Service Stinks, Wrong Product Sent, Won't Return Money Doylestown, PA Horrible Service, Promises, Promise, Unfulfilled Promises Doylestown PA

On January 7 I ordered a leather motorcycle jacket from this ripoff company called MotoBahnUSA.com. My wife found the jacket that she loved on their website and ordered it. I even paid that extra fee for "3 day Rush Shipping."

Two weeks later I still hadn't seen the jacket so I tried to call MotobahnUSA.com on their "Customer Service" line. I called and called and called and called. No response from them. I also sent emails daily to find out what was going on with my order.

I finally received it but it was not the jacket that was ordered and was the wrong size on top of that. I called and called and emailed and emailed some more to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

They finally sent one to me and I sent the merchandise back. Weeks later I am still trying to find out where my 148.00 refund is and the "Rush Shipping fee" that I was promised that would be refunded back to me. DON'T do business with this company. It sucks and their service is horrible.

They WILL NOT ever call or email you back if you have a problem with a product or a shipment. Buyer Beware. If you want to get ripped off, do business with these clowns and it will happen!
