Chisupply.com convex mirrors security mirrors rip off cheats dishonerable dishonest they don't ship things

I ordered a convex mirror eight days before Christmas as a present for my son. I paid eighteen dollars extra to secure the fastest shipping method they offered - three day shipping. I didn't receive the mirror until nine days later - one day after Christmas. At that point I wanted to just return the mirror. It was too late to be a present. That's when the real trouble began. Upon multiple emails back and forth with ChiSupply, I learned that even though I paid almost half of the mirror price just on shipping, they didn't bother to send it out until three days after I ordered it! It was only after I talked directly to their manufacturer that they agreed to refund the outbound shipping to me. And that was because their manufacturer offered the reimbursement themselves. As this entire mishap was primarily the fault of Chisupply.com I also thought it was a reasonable idea that they pay the return shipping as well. It would have been a good gesture and a nice apology for the bad goings-on. But they might as well have laughed in my face. They out and out said no. And when I expressed my disapointment and feelings of injustice to them, they responded by telling me that I am wrong. Apparently with e-commerce the customer is no longer always right... And Chisupply is exploiting the hell out of it!
