Claim 30 days money back guarantee i did everything request by them and they still deny my refund

I bought this allview mirror clip on try it on my 1995 lexus and what ever I did seat up seat down
i could see my head in the mirror, covering the blind spot.
The next day when on line an got a refund number.
When to the post office in the same box paid my $10.00 for shipping.
After a month an reminder I got this email below.

You can see by the way this letter is written that this company does not believe in refund
what ever you do.

30 days for a refund... SCAM
product abuse... SCAM
check # 2 you may be missing 1 item but all... SCAM
check #3 those people make me sick... SCAM

And as you can see no name no street address... SCAM

On top this is a product for the elders and they SCAM on them... SHAME
