Never received order. Ripoff Internet

On January 17, I purchased a textbook online at www.phatcampus.com. I paid for express shipping on the order to have book shipped promptly in time for the start of my college class. After waiting over 10 days, I used the tracking number provided to check the status of shipment. The USPS said my book had been delivered to an address in Montgomery, Alabama. Phatcampus.com obviously made an error and shipped my textbook to the wrong address. The reciept I recieved via email after I completed my order confirmed that I had put the correct shipping address. I live in El Paso, Texas. I used the contact form on thier website to explain my situation, but recieved no response. I either want the textbook deliverd, or a full refund. The book I paid for was "A first course in abstract algebra" by j. Fraleigh 7th edition. My order number was 34545.
