Sold me defective mp4, said 1 year war. But won't up hold it because they don't answer phone, fax, email. Now took out web page ripoff

My husband bought me a mp4 player for xmas, he ordered it from computer city. Has a great return policy, ya right.

You can't return a bad product if you can't get them by phone, email. Or fax. I have tried all of these on a daily bases since xmas day.
