Doesn't follow through with promises! No Service! Ripoff

I dealt with Vonage representatives on the phone multiple times over the last few months and each time I was told that they would try to get my refund to me. I was subsequently informed that even though I have a $53.00 credit, they could not do what they had originally promised because I no longer have the account and they can't figure out where it should be charged. They told me that I had to write a letter to their Customer (don't) Care Billing Department.

Wrote a letter to this Customer "Don't" Care Department and did not even receive the courtesy of a reply, even though I gave every conceivable bit of contact information. (It has now been four months). I am not interested EVER in doing business with this sneaky, no good, no morals company, and further, will throw my support in with whomever is their competition. Vote with your dollars guys. Send them back where they came from.
