Cxl vonage is worse than death!

Vonage screwed me since day 1.. I had service for 1 month, becuase when Hurricane Ike hit my city of Houston, we had no electricity therefore NO phone! I called to cxl was told where to send the equipment and that i would even get a refund becuase of my incovience. The end right! Wrong! The nightmare begins! I talked to numerous "account managers" "reps" " supervisors" all with the script and no compassion! No one cared! Its nothing we can do. That's just the way VONAGE is! The debited money from my account even after i returned equipment, called and cxl, months later... And told me either pay $ 129.14 or we'll keep billing you for something you dont have or want!!! I would not reccommend vonage to my WORST enemy! I will do whatever it takes to get my $ 129.14 back, these company's need to know the customer is always right! I will make sure to email, write, picket, whatever is necessary to let other consumers know vonage will raise your blood pressue and steal from your account. FYI, VONAGE was dropped from the BBB!!
