Scam, Debited acct w/o auth, refuse to give money back Ripoff

Well I wished my husband would have read this forum b4 he agreed to anything, he agreed to have debit acct w/d for 1.95 dec. 26, they sent it out jan 12, we rsvd it jan 17, couldn't even access the site with the password and id they gave him, cancelled on jan 20, they debited our account on the jan 14 for 49.95. I called bank immedietley canceled his card said it wasn't authorized for 49.95 they are investigating, call online suppliers they said if myhusband clicked agreed to terms and conditions he is obligated to pay... Pay for what crap... I notified us postal service, bbb by the way they only have 1 complaint on them that they left unanswered, i wrote to ebay, cbs (they have an ad on site from CBS), I am calling FCC and whoever else will listen I may even call channel 4 news "ask Asa"where they investigate. Now last night channel 12 in eliz, nj had something about online scam I may even get them involved. Hey I am in if anyone is going to start a class action suit. Creeps I hope they hang. I am printing this forum out so my husband NEVER does this again... Another thing I don't understand after reading this forum why are there all different addresses for these theifs and why does the stock market allow them to be on it.
