Ripoff additional charge without authorization

Staples has illegally and fraudulently initiated an unauthorized credit charge for the amount $53.38 after a purchase transaction has been completed. The agreed upon price was $1.47 at the time of online order checkout on 4/1/04.

Staples sent an email stating "Pending approval of your order, the following item (s) will be delivered." in an order acknowledgement email showing the final amount of $1.47. Then after the order was approved and delivered and I have received and used the products, Staples initiated a fraudulent charge of $53.38 on my credit card on 4/2/04 without my authorization, without my approval.

I have solid PROOF that shows every step of the original transaction with final price of $1.47, which was approved by Staples before the order was delivered (as stating in their email). That is the only charge I have authorized, the separate charge of $50 after that transaction has been completed is illegal and fraudulent. Staples have absolutely no proof I have authorized the $53.38.
