Lisa Woytek - Soccers-the-bomb - Huntingwildhogs - Lwoytek Ripoff, Fraudulent eBay Seller, Takes Money and Then Won't Respond to Emails and Doesn't Send Product, eBay BULLY!

In December, I purchased an Austin Air HM400 air purifier from Lisa Woytek (a.K.A. Soccers-the-bomb, a.K.A. Huntingwildhogs, a.K.A. Lwoytek). I paid a total of $113.87 including shipping via Paypal for the item. Ten days later, and I still have not received the item, which in and of itself wasn't too alarming, but the fact is that I have contacted Ms. Woytek FOUR TIMES via email and have not gotten a single response. She absolutely refuses to respond to my email inquiries regarding the shipment status, and after reading through her feedback, it seems that she makes an infrequent habit of interstate fraud (a federal and state felony).

According to Ms. Woytek's feedback history, she routinely takes money without sending items or sends damaged items without describing said damages in her auction descriptions. If a buyer leaves her bad feedback, she ALWAYS leaves retalitory feedback in return, oftentimes lying about her experience with the buyer.

In essence, a buyer could be a perfect buyer, but if they leave bad feedback for Ms. Woytek, she will leave bad feedback in return (even though she is in the wrong). It is easy to see from the feedback she leaves that she is not a professional seller and her maturity, level of class and ethics leave MUCH to be desired. Because her retalitory feedback is left with absolutely no merit, it also makes her guilty of libel and slander.

I have filed a claim with Paypal (as of the date of this report, she has not responded to said complaint, nor has she responded to the email I sent her after I made the complaint). I have also contacted the Federal Trade Commission, the FBI, the U.S. Department of Justice, the Temple Police Department and other related authorities. From what I have been told, I am not the only person who has contacted them about Ms. Woytek.

Other eBay buyers who have been defrauded by Ms. Woytek (whether their complaints have been resolved or not) are encouraged to file a report regarding her illegal activity and crimes with the police department, the FTC, the FBI and the other appropriate authorities.
