This company claims their basic subscription is FREE yet when I signed up I was charged $19.99

MSN groups said they moved their groups to Worldgroups.com so I signed up for their basic "free" account. To my surprize I was charged $19.99. The phone number they offer on the credit card statement (866-768) is answered "The conference center" by an automated attendant and requires a "passcode" to get past the initial prompt.
Additionally, 3 days later I was billed $2.25 from some company I've never heard of "National A 1 Advertising". I suspect this will likely turn into an automatic billing fiasco so I really have no choice but to report my credit card lost and get a new card number.
