On February 19 I purchased a 2.8Ghz Pentium 4 (SL6WJ) from the Ebay seller Kajing. This is a Pentium 4 CPU with an 800Mhz memory bus and 512 KB cache.

On February 24 I received the wrong CPU. This scammer sent a much less powerful 2Ghz Celeron (SL6SW) with a 400Mhz memory bus and 125KB cache.

I contacted the seller 6 times through email and Ebay messaging but he never resplied. He has ripped off several other people in the same way as you can see by his feedback, including one on February 15 from a buyer named "secured".

Another clue he is dishonest is that he only leaves feedback for buyers after they leave feedback for him. If someone leaves negative feedback for this scammer, he doesn't leave any feedback for them. If a buyer pays immediately as I did, why wouldn't you leave positive feedback? The only reason would be if you are a dishonest person and waiting to see if the buyer leaves negative feedback for you so you don't leave positive feedback for them.
