Sold me VaporWare, Software with no product key Internet

The software I purchased is not usable becaoae the ISO file is corrupt with respect of all of the files in the root directory, inlcuding SERIAL. TXT which should have contained the product key.

I opened a trouble ticket only to find the next the doenload site was inactive. I have also sent mail to suppport@soft4download.com and get no response. The phone number is an answering machine whcih tells you to send mail.

Whomever delta-soft is they are the ones who put the charge through on my card and they appear to be one in the same. However, when I tried to login there my user id and password aree invalid.
