Ripoff Stole video footage hacked into my website and are using footage for a dvd they are selling

Nils Wagner and Jon Durden used to work for Ballislife.com, in doing so we were all suppose to come out with a basketball dvd called Ballislife volume 1, which if you look Ballislife volume 1 or ballislife up on youtube.com you will see this. During this past summer, I spent over 500 dollars on a trip to Las Vegas for Jon and I, Money generated through our website was spent on buying 50 mini dv digital video tapes. These tapes were property of Ballislife.com and were used to film the whole Bigtime Basketball tournament which was the heart of the dvd itself. After Vegas, Jon had all the tapes, did not reimberse myself for hotel and gas costs which he agreed upon, and left with all the tapes. Once he got home however, things changed, he lost contact with me and left ballislife.com, in doing so he would not return the many tapes I have sent him over the past 2 years. Those tapes he us using on a Hoopmixtape dvd which was a rip off of ballislife volume 1, I did not authorize him and Nils to use my footage. I've approached he and Nils Wagner on many different occasions, sometimes even losing my cool because I was so frustrated that they would not Return my Footage. Jon and Nils then proceeded to Hack back into my website, delete all of my content, erase 600 people off of my email list, and write on my site to go to their own website that they created. I do have pictures and screenshots of everthing that went on. This problem has been going on since the summer time, I've asked nicely to get my footage back and they have refused, now their dvd is being sold with unauthorized use of footage.
